In addition to providing our residents with well-designed, well-kept suites, we offer a wealth of important amenities in the regular monthly fee (see below).

Keeping our residents comfortable, secure and happy, while encouraging them to participate in life's daily activities is the first priority of the staff at The Inn. Seniors will feel secure knowing that on-site supportive care services and "Lifeline," an emergency call system, are available to them 24 hours-a-day.

 

INCLUDED IN RENT:

• Individually controlled heating and cooling
• Resident laundry rooms
• Local phone service and in-house phone service
• 24-hour emergency call system
• 24-hour on-site staff to respond to Emergency Call System
• Nurses on-site 7 am - 11 pm, nurse on-call 11PM-7AM
• Open door policy with nursing staff
• Quarterly wellness visits or as needed
• Coordination of services with residents, family and health care providers
• Wellness programming
• Assistance with accidents and spills
• Limited tray service
• Twice-a-day courtesy checks
• Reminders for meals and activities
• Orientation and cueing
• Daily trash disposal
• On-site supportive care services available for an additional fee

Please Note: The fees above do not include care services which are available for an additional fee. Price variation depends on apartment size.

We will hold the apartment of your choice for a $100 refundable deposit that will be applied to the processing fee. A one-time processing and evaluation fee of $500 is required.

RESIDENT CARE SERVICES

Levels Of Resident Care:

MEDICATION MANAGEMENT FEE ($460/month)

• Included with Level 1,2,3, and Willow
• Use of preferred pharmacy that utilizes specialized medication packaging
• A pharmacist will assess/review residents medications quarterly
• Medication reminders/assistance with self-administration of medications
• Assistance/reminders with non-oral medications (eye drops, inhalers, topical)
• Medication reordering/refills as directed by an MD
• Administration of medications by licensed nurse when indicated
• Coordination of medication changes with MD and pharmacy

 LEVEL 1 ASSISTANCE ($785/month)

• Medication management
• Medication reminders
• Re-ordering medication changes from doctor
• Non-Oral medication reminders up to 4-times/day (eye drops, inhalers, topicals)
• Physical assistance with showering
• Assistance with daily bed making and tidying room
• Assistance with personal grooming
• Minimal dressing assistance i.e., shoes, socks, belts, zippers, lay out clothes, etc.
• Escort service for meals and activities
• Assistance with exercises up to 2-times a day as needed, i.e., daily chair exercises, walking, Tai Chi.
• Morning and evening care
  
  

 LEVEL 2 ASSISTANCE ($995/month)
Includes all Level 1 services plus:

• Physical daily dressing assistance
• Assistance with toileting reminders every two hours, if needed
• Assistance with incontinence care
• One-person assistance with transfers
• Reassurance check every two hours as needed

LEVEL 3 ASSISTANCE ($1,100/month)
Includes all Level 1 and Level 2 services plus:

• Physical assistance with toileting every two hours as needed
• Extensive personal monitoring
• Increased safety checks
• Twenty-four hour reassurance checks

Oxygen management and diabetic management are available for an additional fee. Temporary stays may be available.

The Inn at Willow Falls is Illinois Licensed.
